The Governor’s Room is available for private dining. The venue offers different seating arrangements and decor and is an ideal spot to host your next private event. Seated events as well as cocktail receptions are available, serving from our à la carte appetizer selections and Chef’s Menu Packages.

The Governor’s Room

The private dining room, known as the Governor’s Room, is perfect for a more intimate evening or for audio visual and guest-speaker programs. The room overlooks historic Ferdinand Plaza in downtown Pensacola. In addition, the room features handcrafted lighting, a beautiful still life painting as well as the restaurants’ wine cellar.

Venue Rental:

Daytime:
Monday – Friday (11 a.m. – 3 p.m.): $750 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $150 per server, whichever is greater), administration (5%)

Evenings: 
Monday – Thursday (5 p.m. – close): $1,500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration (5%)
Friday – Saturday (5 p.m. – close): $2,500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%)

Staffing Guidelines:

Are based on guest count: (1-20) is one server, (21-30) two servers, (31-45) three servers
